The "Violetto di Brindisi" is a typical artichoke from Puglia. Its name derives from its purple leaves. Processed with a very low percentage of vinegar, our artichokes are also perfect for use in tasty rice and pasta dishes.

Our preserves only contain vegetables processed within 24 hours of harvesting, offering you all the taste and texture of fresh vegetables in a jar. All the spices and extra-virgin olive oil come from the De Carlo farm.
